Service Description

Our best value for large returns (up to 60 lbs). Includes pickup and return of 3 packages from your home or business, but you could add more for an even lower price per package. Whether you're returning multiple online purchases, holiday gifs, or business items. Please book anytime, however, pick up times are 4pm-8pm. Once the pickup is scheduled you will receive a confirmation email of when you pickup is scheduled. (SUNDAY'S ARE ONLY FOR BOOKING NO PICKUPS ON OUR DAY OF REST THANK YOU.)


Cancellation Policy

Cancel and Refund Policy Thanks for purchasing at PickUpJoy LLC. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve you. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any queries, we are here to help you with that. 1. CANCELLATION CRITERIA. (a) A service purchased must be canceled at the customer's discretion within 1 calendar day(s) from the date of the purchase. (b) All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as they were at the time of purchased service. Tampered items will not be accepted and, will be returned to the original customer and origin. (c) Items must be returned in original packaging only. (d) When returning a purchased service, the original receipt of the purchase transaction must be provided along with the item/s if anything was picked up. (e) Services such as 12 to 24 hours are not eligible for the Return Policy. 2. REFUND AND SHIPPING TERMS. (a) Upon the successful return of the product, PickUpJoy LLC shall notify of the refund status after scrutiny. (b) The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, which is not covered by the Refund Policy and will not be reimbursed by the Company. (c) However, if PickUpJoy LLC makes a delivery mistake or error, all charges, including the total cost of purchase and shipping charges, will be refunded to the customer within 7 day(s) of notice of the issue. (d) A refund shall only be expected upon the condition of the item returned. (e) The refunded amount shall be credited to the customer's registered account within 7 calendar day(s) of reporting the issue.
